Navmesh does not seem to properly bake to navigation modifier area #229

It's a cool package! I am running into some issues playing around with it. I initially used a navigation modifier for my tile map and it baked very well. I switched over to a navigation tile map modifier and it disappeared. Ever since I went back to a navigation modifier the baking is off and inconsistent. Everything seems to be centered. Is something cached? I'm not use to nav mesh's so any info on guidance to debug within the editor would be appreciated. Unity 2022.3.28

The sources are also increasing each time I bake or clear then bake.

tile map modifier is experimental and not well documented, its main purpose is to have modifier per tile. If you using "layered" approach - you should use regular navigation modifier.

As for excessive tile, I have no idea, enable Compress Bounds option before baking, as navigation mesh use tile bound to fill the navigation area
