This would be really nice performance gain, because it takes around 45 seconds in production. It's even much longer in home internet (around 2-3 mins).

Since it doesn't affect the user experience, honestly it's not that important unless it doesn't exceeds the announcement check interval which is 30 minutes by default. Job continues to run no matter when the last instance ended.
