Direct message to users

When I saw error logs that has something to do with user inputs, I used to reach out to the user with /answer command. Now I can't do this because I have changed the way how feedbacks work. Today I realized there were couple of people who are having issues, it could be related to #66. Need to add a new command for direct messages or do it in /admin_announcement although I wouldn't really prefer that.
