In addition, if the user already referred the candidate, the Refer Button shouldn't show up. If they Strong referred the candidate, the Strong Refer Button shouldn't show up, etc.

Likely to not be implemented until the authentication server is integrated, as an FYI for anyone else looking into this

(because the current implementation would need to change once the authentication is upgraded)
