Profile Page for a Member/Lead/Director

This should show a user's Name, email, id, Access Level, etc. Ideally, we can add a spot to change password.

This should also show the interviews they've done, workspaces they are in, as well as their history (their history of changing candidate status', changing interview stages, deleting interviews, adding comments, etc)

Note: we could build on top of the current /interviewportal page and switch the link to /profile
