延迟高?还是丢包高?
最好有抓包记录,否则没有办法分析

在哪儿抓包？我用ubuntu，是抓网卡收到的包，还是到openwrt抓路由器收到的包？

在哪里都可以, 在ubuntu下的话推荐用wireshark, 操作比较简单, 网上也能找到不少教程.
如果在openwrt上可以先用tcpdump将抓包结果保存下来, 然后拷到ubuntu下用wireshark打开
