remove team viewer, we now meet on Zoom or Teams and can also remote control the computers.

please add deadline of project here: https://github.com/hannesdatta/course-odcm/blob/master/config.toml

try to consolidate information: team sessions are described here as well. see what makes sense but now info is consistent.

Overall, the information still comes across as overwhelming, so if you see any way to streamline it more, you can do that!
