I am guessing that the (16p) in the Chapter 6 title means that this chapter was complete for Erlang version 16? If that's the case, there are several additional chunks that have since been added. I know that at least Type and Meta are not documented in this section today.
(Also, thank you for the hard work! This is an invaluable resource!)
