[DOC] Inventory of supported Eth json rpc methods

We need to recap all the implemented vs Ethereum Json rpc. methos, to have a full inventory, add it to the documentation, and add pending items to the roadmap, including specific response codes for the ones that will not be supported.

The startpoint is to mark all the implented and non implemented. GDrive link will be used for the first compatibilut matrix by @Ferparishuertas
