Dependencies

It seems like a lot of the included projects are missing some dependencies. I see a lot of Cannot find implementation or library stub for module named x in the full output anyway. Is that on purpose, or just drift over time?

A little bit of both. Prior to using uv it was possible to spend longer installing packages than type checking. With uv, adding in some of the less important deps is more worthwhile (esp if they're widely used and hitting uv's cache)
