CLI does not work with Fish Shell #24

When I try to use the CLI in Fish it always fails

`~  hzcloud starter-cluster list

Message:Invalid api key or api secret
CorrelationId:e6dc0da7a8768f6eb1269c7800d0e67f`

fish version 3.2.2
hzcloud cli version 1.3.1

It works fine in Bash shell and I can confirm I have the correct secret and API key stored in .hazelcastcloud/config.json
