I think there was also a issue for this, i can't find. Edit: closes #12357
As it stands now, it is a bit inconvinient to edit files ignored by .gitignore/.ignore
this change would make it so that the typable commands:
:open:hsplit:vsplitcan autocomplete those files.Pickers' behaviour isn't changed.
