Zen buffers, set max buffers in bufferline

when having many buffers open, anything overflown to the right wouldn’t be shown, there's #8362 that proposes a scrolling bufferline.

another approach would be to set the max number of buffers, it was recently implemented in zed editor zed-industries/zed#18933

with zen buffers only the most recent (5 for example) buffers would be shown and keeps the bufferline clean looking, and the other buffers will still show in the picker.

would be nice to have both since its a personal preference thing
