may I suggest some changes?

option to have no message (only colours on faulty notes)
allow to erase the colouring of notes (once we made modifications we would like to get notes with standard colors back (black)
allow to apply only to parts of the score (for instance I write score for brass bands and allow parallels between some parts)

PS: being a programmer I tried to write these but I need the documentation of musescore features so gave up
