[REQUEST] Add ability to read a discord channel

The mod adds a ton of spam to the twitch chat that's not worth reading and tends to hide any other discussion. I'd suggest adding the ability to monitor a discord channel as well as twitch chat.

There are options for how this could work. Some commands, such as !bal, could be completely restricted to discord. This also encourages people to actually join the streamer's discord server.
