  1. How does your idea work?
    Someone can gift some amount of their coins to everyone else
  2. How is this different from what already exists?
    Currently gifting can only be done 1v1 - there is a giveallcoins option which mods can use to give everyone the same amount indicated in the command
  3. Why is this needed? What problem does this solve?
    Currently only mods can give coins to everyone, and they are generated coins instead of earned coins, would be nice to have the option for the rich viewers to give to EVERYONE else.
