DeepCache should be loaded first before cpu_offloading to avoid errors #50

If the deepcache helper is loaded after CPU offloading is enabled, it may cause errors similar to the ones reported below.

Using the deepcache helper before enabling CPU offloading may solve these issues.
A check for CPU offloading can also be added
