Clicking on Rejection Reason Chip Unlinks the Reason with the Order

Current behavior

The rejection reason gets unlinked with the order when the chip is clicked.

Expected behavior

The rejection reason should only be unlinked when the cross (x) icon on the chip is clicked.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Navigate to the order list page of in progress tab.
Add a rejection reason to the order.
Click on the rejection reason chip (anywhere on the chip, not the cross icon).
Observe the issue.
