Checkboxes Not Enabled on First Login in Permissions Tab

Current behavior

We don't see the checkboxes enabled whenever we log into the permissions tab in the user app. However, when refresh the page and check again, the checkboxes appear enabled as expected.

Expected behavior

The selected security permission checkbox must be enabled without refreshing the page

@swati1717 This is the expected behaviour that you always need to select a security group whenever coming to the page(even on refresh) and permissions are not by default displayed on the page.

If this is not what the issue then can you please add steps to reproduce this issue.
