Allow popping out video chat to display as overlay on video

I think that this would be a nice feature and very easy to implement as well.

It would be nice if the website could hide the chat, or make it a very small box on the right corner, instead of making it the same size as the video. Or better yet, having the ability to hide it, and only show the webcam video on the top right.

These would be 2 different overlays on the video when it is on full screen, and both could be either disabled or enabled.

If they can be made into overlays using something like CSS z-index, then it would also solve the small issue where if the chat is enabled on full screen, the video gets smaller and doesn't actually cover the full-screen size.
