This issue was occurring for all two of us when watching a linked mkv. The audio track fell out of sync with the video, and pausing and unpausing did not fix the issue. I checked the original file being streamed to confirm it wasn't an issue with the video itself.

I must add that for some mkv files we had, the audio would straigt-up not be streamed.
