Navbar GIF frame disposal issue #1021

Here is my website: https://www.jamesgibbins.com/

The logo in the top left of the navbar is the same image as the one in the centre of the homepage.

Expected Behaviour

The top left logo should "spin", as it does in the other logo.

Current Behaviour

The old layers are not disposed of, so instead of spinning, they layer on top of each other.
