RPC Interface

The current state does not provide a RPC interface for integrating and communicating with other software or tools in an easy manner. The idea is to establish an interface as geth is providing for interaction, which is described here: https://github.com/ethereum/wiki/wiki/JSON-RPC
To implement such an interface, two options are available from my point of view:

• https://www.jsonrpc.org/specification
• https://grpc.io/

The following tasks are needed:

• Decision for technology to use
• Specification of RPC interface
• Implementation
• Documentation of RPC interface
