bullshit detector addon

A very simple project:

people highlight text they consider bullshit, using the group "bullshit detected"

the h.is addon (or an ad hoc one) indicates when bullshit was reported.

One user can filter the sources of detection (blacklist of h.is users authors of bullshit detected annotations).
