Transcripts for some clips are not proper

Good day !
We have a few clips that seem to have an issue. Can you pls take a look?

First Issue - The caption is in swedish i believe but the video is in
English.
*Second issue - *None of these video conversations mentions the word - “Resurs
BanK" although it shows in the captions.
