Is your feature request related to a problem?

When using the devcontainer, I am not able to update uv.lock by running uv lock.

What is the motivation behind your request?

If I run into a dependency-related issue due to a missing dependency, or want to update a dependency version in pyproject.toml, then as a contributor, I should update the uv.lock to correspond to pyproject.toml.

Describe the solution you'd like

By activating the default named virtual environment ("venv") in the devcontainer, this issue can be resolved.

What version of ibis are you running?

9.5.0

What backend(s) are you using, if any?

No response
