Getting help and support

If you have problems or questions when using the {{site.data.keyword.cloudaccesstraillong}} service in the {{site.data.keyword.cloud_notm}}, you can get help by searching for information or by asking questions through a forum. You can also open a support ticket. {:shortdesc}

{{site.data.keyword.cloudaccesstrailfull}} is deprecated. As of 9 May 2019, you cannot provision new {{site.data.keyword.cloudaccesstrailshort}} instances. Existing premium plan instances are supported until 9 October 2019. To continue monitoring the activity of your {{site.data.keyword.cloud_notm}} account, provision an instance of the {{site.data.keyword.at_full}}. {: deprecated}

  • You can check whether the {{site.data.keyword.cloud_notm}} is available by going to the {{site.data.keyword.cloud_notm}} status page{:new_window}.

  • You can review the forums to see whether other users ran into the same problem. When using the forums to ask a question, tag your question so that it is seen by the {{site.data.keyword.cloud_notm}} development teams. If you have technical questions about developing or deploying an app with the {{site.data.keyword.cloudaccesstrailshort}} service, post your question on Stack Overflow External link icon{:new_window} and tag your question with ibm-cloud and activity-tracker.
