Add Selected Filters to Dashboard

Detailed Description

In the program dashboard, there are multiple filters options on the DNA and RNA tables, if users select a filter in the RNA table and switch back to DNA table, they have no way of knowing the applied filters unless they go back to RNA table. We need to add Applied Filters on the page so that users can know what they selected without needing to switch between tabs.

Possible Implementation

Patrick has designed a Show Selected Filters button that pops up when clicked on, a modal will show up allowing users to add or remove filters.
