点击确认按钮后会自动停止正在录制的直播 并进行转码，过段时间录制程序也会自动停止运行。

如果是Linux 使用ctrl+c 中断程序，并不算是正常关闭程序，实在要停止，可以进入URL_config.ini注释直播间地址，也会正常停止录制并转码。
