fpdoom.zip contains the prebuilt fpdoom.bin and nor_fdl1.bin (using android-ndk-r25b).
libc_server64.zip contains the prebuilt spd_dump.exe and libc_server.exe for 64-bit Windows (tested on Windows 7), as well as an example run.bat script to run it.

Keymap files for specific models (copy to workdir and add the --keymap <filename> option for libc_server):
