This is a term from Audiovisual Core: https://ac.tdwg.org/termlist/#xmp_CreateDate. The key function of the link is to serve as an identifier. It would be useful if it resolves, but I don't think it is required.

You may bring it up as an issue in https://ac.tdwg.org/termlist/#xmp_CreateDate though, with the suggestion to ask for a better maintained references that what Adobe provides.
