Homekit Bridge Initial Implementation

Initial operation was intermittent and a bit flakey, but stopping and restarting the Indigo Server appears to have resolved the problem.

Expected Behavior

1. Response of Indigo virtual device should be instant and consistent
2. Siri responds correctly, and causes the Indigo virtual device state to change

Observed Behavior

1. Response of Indigo virtual device should have been instant and consistent, but was inconsistent
2. Siri responded correctly, but the Indigo virtual device state did not change

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

n/a since restarting Indigo server resolved the problem
