Decision Context Feedback

Overall, we believe that this decision context is very important because it is a very well known fact that housing in Seattle has been becoming increasingly expensive over the past couple of years. However, a question that was raised is that how wide do you want your scope to be? We see that you have a question called "How has affordable housing affected other cities?". We believe this is a bit broad and you may want to hone in on questions to be raised in Seattle or University District itself.

Plans for Working With Data

A question that was raised while reading this comes from the Plans for Working With Data Section. When you say that you want to observe the people who are on the "verge of homelessness/forced relocation in our area", how exactly do you plan on compiling this data? If you can find this data, it would be really important to know because it would allow you to see individuals who struggle to find affordable housing.

Data Collection and Data Management

The data sources that you have listed here seem a bit vague. Are there any resources that the local government provides that you can use to collect regarding rent/income? While it is honorable that you want to collect data from other cities to "extrapolate to a Seattle like situation", do you think you can complete this data collection and extrapolation within this quarter?
