I like the topic. One issue i see arising with this is that you havent defined "timeless" and how would you do so? What could be considered "timeless" now could not be so in 50 years (in 1910 the most common name for a daughter was Mildred). Maybe think more into "based on area what would be the best name", or "based on type of dog what would be the best name".

With your data you say you have to pull the dataset from a github user but its actually an available dataset (https://fusiontables.google.com/data?docid=1pKcxc8kzJbBVzLu_kgzoAMzqYhZyUhtScXjB0BQ#rows:id=1) and the site(https://project.wnyc.org/dogs-of-nyc/) has some other good info you can look at.
