To use NWB files to store the compressed raw ScanImage mesoscope image data, we need to be sure that the resulting NWB file includes all the tif file meta data.

  • Run conversion on a multiplane session
  • Pickle the output meta data
  • Verify with Samuel et al. that the meta data is satisfactory
