[CHANGE] Change styling of StylishHeader component #33

The reason for the StylishHeader component is to allow us to style a line of text so that it looks like an H3 without the heading appearing in a page's table of contents.

I just noticed a slight difference in the font weight between the component and the standard H3.

  • Component - Font weight bold
  • Standard H3 - Font weight 600

Can the component be updated to use the same weight as the standard H3?
