Telemetry V2: Tracking transactions per wallet address

In the Breakpoint work week, we noted that we want to track the amount of transactions per wallet, to determine which wallets/ASEs are most active on the network. What remains to be decided is how we actually want to do this, because we have several cases:

• Multiple Rafikis per wallet (i.e. GateHub running Rafiki 1 & Rafiki 2)
• Single Rafiki per multiple wallets/ASEs (i.e. JOPACC case, where multiple ASEs are all transacting through a single Rafiki)
