Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when many Flutter packages i use, offer incredible features and functionality, but they often require newer Dart versions. A challenge for us using older Dart environments, like your current setup with Dart 2.19.

Describe the solution you'd like
If we can have a terminal like a ubuntu based worflow we can by ourselves install the last version on the sandbox, and more other features.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Utilities like VsCode.

Additional context
Thanks for All you've already done.If it is possible i will glad to contribute, traductions, testing,environments,...

Will this ever get updated? Is this project dead?
We really would like to use it but without dart 3 it makes it impossible.

We've done a poor job at communicating, but we're currently working on a large infrastructure change to bring it back to life, whilst being resilient to new dart versions
