prepare-branch does not create new PRs after the first RC. It always links me to an already existing and merged PR instead of creating a new one for the new release.
upfs-ipfs-desktop has to be updated to update kubo and not go-ipfs

The first one is my problem (see #29), the second has already been tackled in #26.
