Feature request

Add an API to get the DNS server address used by NewNode and an API to set a different address.

Context

The commit 86863cf#diff-04399ac2eacd4034b3100cde433ad52c1eb223ed9dfb73545c869f92ce812b0f changed NewNode to create a DialContext with a fixed DNS IP address. There should be an API do get and set this address.

Possible implementation

This should be straight-forward. But need to check if the NewNode functionality in kubo has changed in the meantime. Backlog until we have time to investigate.
