Card doesn't show due time, only day / date

I'm unsure if this is me using the card incorrectly...I can see on the example screenshot here that the "Test Chore With Time" shows the due date and time, however I cannot seem to get this to show with my configuration.
Is there specific config needed I order to show the time?

This shows everything with "Today" but I'd like to see the exact times
