Story	As an end user, I must be able to model descriptive metadata (compliant with the ISO 191139 standard) for geospatial data sets using an Islandora site.

Remarks:

This metadata must be properly indexed within Apache Solr for discovery
This is similar in scope to Ability to ingest Esri Shapefiles
