Story	As the repository administrator or end user, I must be able to ingest GeoTIFF's into the Fedora Commons repository using an Islandora site.

• A librarian georeferences a TIFF image using GDAL tools and submits the TIFF for ingestion into an Islandora 7 site by the repository administrator
• A faculty researcher submits the TIFF's for ingestion using a form as an authenticated user on an Islandora 7 site
• A librarian seeks to download a TIFF, georeference the image, and reingest the modified image as updated Datastream content for a given Object
