很需要这种功能：管理员创建的任务，可以指定其它用户对该任务的管理的权限。

@pixelvm 任务权限是以节点的维度管理的。如果需要指定给其它用户可以在 “分组->节点管理->设置分组” 中，将该节点分配给对应的用户所在的组
