Post-processing work should be done after hash, not before

Right now, every file is processed, such as SVG rendering, alpha bleeding, etc. This is then baked into the hash. This should be avoided, as it's quite expensive--Tarmac does this.

This would be a breaking change to the lockfiles, so it should be accompanied with a version field, which would be useful to have anyway.
