Common Applications Deployment section needs rewriting

The user_guides/platform/src/main/jbake/content/commonappdeploy.adoc section needs to be updated to reflect which applications are actually still needed. Some have been removed due to removal of ejb features. Some are included as deployments in the test cases now. The whitebox connectors have not been dealt with as they are part of the full platform and how these are built and used has not been updated.
