RupioDao Governance
The RupioDao system is decentralized, and governance decisions are made by holders of the Rupio (RUP) token. These token holders participate in voting on proposals to adjust key system parameters, such as:

Stability Fee: Includes base and risk premium rates.
Rupio Savings Rate (RSR): Interest for locking Rupio in the RSR contract.
Liquidation Ratio: Minimum collateral ratio to avoid liquidation.
Auction Parameters: Governs the collateral auction process during liquidations.
This governance ensures the system adapts to market conditions, ensuring efficiency and stability.
