Proposal:

Key measure for FY2019: Ensure no question is asked more than 3 times before web-discoverable documentation is made available with the answer.

Need a way to measure this.

Key leading indicators:

Number of pieces in progress and estimated to be ready within the next 30 days (goal: 10 at any given time)
Number of pieces published last 14 days (goal: 4 - 5)
Month-over-month increase in number of page views on How-to-Mattermost pieces (goal: 20% -- results in 6x YoY growth)
