• Covers vetted or certified integrations.
• Incentivize benefit of getting sponsored.
• Incentivize community to share integrations that Enterprise customers can use, e.g.
  • Security scans
  • Code checks
  • Licensing conforms to their security and compliance regulations
  • Enterprise requirements met, e.g. HA

Potential integration levels:

1. Bronze level: Recognized

• Added to integrations directory:
• Must have README with install/setup instructions
• Must have an Apache v2 compatible license (e.g. no GPL, APGL)

2. Silver level: Trusted

• Everything bronze has
• Detailed usage documentation with screenshots
• At least 10 stars on GitHub
• Integrations directory entry updated in the last 3 months (e.g. Mattermost versions supported)

3. Gold level: Sponsored

• Everything silver has
• Part of sponsored Mattermost integrations program
• Meets Enterprise requirements for licensing, security scans, code checks, features such as HA

4. Platinum level: Certified

• Everything gold has
• Code vetted by Mattermost, or by a trusted Mattermost community member (which can include a customer)

5. Champion level:

• At least 100 GitHub stars
• Stayed at diamond for a year (i.e. project regularly updated, etc.)

6. Legendary level:

• At least 1,000 GitHub stars
• Stayed at champion for a year
