What happened?

I encountered the following issues on iOS Safari based browsers and using the on-screen keyboard:

  • After moving the caret by holding the space bar, characters are typed in a completely different line or the last caret position
  • impossible to delete or overwrite selected text
  • copying selected text only copies the first line
